Health effects of methamphetamines: It may create a false sense of well-being and energy and so a person will tend to push their body beyond its limits. Drug users can experience a severe “crash” or physical and mental breakdown after the effects of the drug wear off. Drug decreases feeling of natural hunger you will experience extreme weight loss. Along with disturbed sleeping patterns., hyperactivity, nausea, delusions of power, and increased aggressiveness and irritability. Extreme effects include insomnia , hallucinations, anxiety and paranoia. May cause increased heart rate and blood pressure; damaged blood vessels in the brain that can cause strokes or an irregular heartbeats. users may suffer from brain damage.  

Short- term & Long- term effects

Loss of appetite; dilation of pupils, disturbed sleep patterns; nausea; sometimes violent behavior; Hallucinations, hyperexcitability, irritability; panic and pyschosis; convulsions, seizures and  death from high doses.

liver, kidney, and lung damage; destruction of nose if snorted; breathing problems if smoked; infectious diseases if injected; malnutrition, weight loss; severe tooth decay; confused exhasution; strong physocological dependence; psychosis, depression, damage to the brain similar to Alzheimer’s disease, stroke and epilepsy.

Shoulder extension lets you lower your arms from lifted or lift your arms behind you. Internal shoulder rotation lets you from the anatomical position, twist your arms so that the knuckles of your hand face forward.This action at the shoulder can occur when your arm is in different positions (flexion, abduction, etc.)
